Morning Dearies,
Well a blog about the blooming beauties in the yard, Dear Heather I know you love YARD SHOTS.
There is one thing I have no idea what is, it has a bloom like a honey sucke but it is a woody shrub. They came VIA Bird droppings we suppose. as we didn't plant these we have about 4 or 5 on the property. This shrub gets as big as a forsythia, can't spell, sorry for it. Any ideas anyone? Not much fragrance either, nothing like honey suckle in the way of smell.
It's a beauty what ever it is.
The rest of the photos are Iris and tulips. Old hat but beautiful none the less.
this one is my wallpaper for my desktop at present.
This cutie has covered a tree by the drive and is a lovely treat to the eyes!!
And after looking at the posies we settle on the back deck and Mr. Bill cooks supper .
Supper's Ready. Come and Get it!!
Love to All
Blessings

Well for the flower you don't have a idea on, I believe it is or could be a honeysuckle bush, as I have them growing in my yard. Well my so called bf had worked in a cemetery and they were clearing out areas, and he brought several bushes home and told me that they were honeysuckle bushes. I said ok... I thought honeysuckle was a vine, but hey what do I know. If I'm wrong, well maybe I can find out from your blog. I know the hummingbirds just love it. Mine are also as big as forsythia bushes. Some of my bushes has white flowers where as the others have pink. Beats me about them, but they make a good window block from the road. I have a pair of morning doves nesting in my bushes just outside of my dinning room windows. I love hearing them coo in the mornings....
