    For Amber

    and her critters

    Web Worries

I had a little spider, who lived out in the hall

He never hust a single soul, for he was very small

High upon the ceiling, was where his web home hung

Where he'd await a buzzing bug, tasty to his tongue

Then one day my Mama said , we were having kin

To come and stay a day or two, and to do my spider in

I just couldn't do it, so I put him in the shed

I fed him flies and grasshoppers, cause I didn't want him dead

All the kinfolk finally left, so to the shed I trot

But my spider was already gone, and this was in his spot

My spider was a Mrs., and she left me a surprise

A sack of  little spiders with tiny legs and eyes

Now Ma one spider understood, but more would be a sin

My spiders and me parted ways, all because of kin

So if a spider's on your wall and your kinfolk come to stay

Take that spider to the shed, and  just have a happy day

I love it! I'm the same with spiders, I want to keep them always.

I love it I love it! lol we had a spider episode a yr ago - she was an orb weaver spider and we had so much fun wih her.

We have to love the kitties now
and we have to move the plants
and If I wash the counter off,
    I'll displace the little ants.
    There's always something going on,
    a hug and a quick smile -
a little boy trots 'long with me
    and makes it all worthwhile...

and then there are sweet friends like MaKay who keep us on our creative path when life is busy and we'd forget otherwise. I love you sweetie. I am so happy we are friends.
